I live in Centereach NY...thats also where north howell performance is.
My names jesse, if you want to go there, and talk to Kurt, he can definitly do what your asking, but like i said he is on the higher spectrum of labor IMO....also, he knows what goes into the swap, and knows the amount of labor it will take him....sometiimes people go to less experienced tuners, and get a good deal, since the guy didnt know what he was getting himself into....
Id recommend getting your plans set, if your going for that much HP, start to stock pile your parts first...most of the stuff should be done outside of the car anyway, and u can even do yourself, or with help of friends. I wouldnt put the motor in, then have to take it out again to do pistons, rings, rods, etc...mind as well do it all before you put the motor in.
He does have good prices on the parts he is a vendor for...i know he uses Turbonetics for turbo's, can prob get you a good price on a T3/T4, and wastegate...
what plans do you have? are you building the block? head?what turbo are you looking at?or did you just want to get the motor, and bring it to someone and have them get you to that level?manifold is something you would probrobly have to get yourself, not sure if he can get SR manifolds.
whatever you want can be done, but id suggest knowing your budget, it does get costly, especially if somone is going to be doing all the work.
what budget where you looking at?what are your goals for the car?drag? roadrace?
let me know what your looking to do, ill try to help.
IMO, for 400rwhp, your looking upwards of 8-12,000$4's including motor, labor, parts, etc.
