hey im new to this but anyway i have a rb20 that was from NC. the turbo is going out and is leaking oil. I want to put the 25 turbo on it but do i have to do anything else to it if i do this? I live in south dakota and was wondering if anyone knows where i can take it to get it worked on. maybe around denver, minneapoils, or chicago.

Go to the 240SX section and ask. I don't have much info on the topic but you might want to search first. Definitely don't want you getting flamed.

Chicago - Try AMS - the Evo guys. Ivan there has a bit of experience with the KA, and a ton of Supra experience.

the 25 turbo will bolt up to the 20 motor without ne mods, they both share the same ext manifold, all the water n oil lines are the same, good upgrade to the rb20 man! keep us updated!

The only issue you are going to run into is the boost soruce for the wastegate actuator.

The 20 turbo has a nipple off the compressor housing with a hose that goes to the actuator.

The 25 turbo doesn't have that nipple so you may need to have a fitting made to fit one or your IC pipes for a boost source for the actuator.
