I'm using OME (Old Man Emu) with no complaints (I don't have a lift though). They definitely make for a stiffer ride, but I'm guessing any new shock would be when compared to the worn out licorice sticks I removed  They were also about 30% larger in diameter when compared to the originals.

I've seen one or two people here saying they used Ranchos and liked them, so that may not be a bad choice either.

Regardless of which brand you buy, you'll need to make sure that model will work with the lift height you have. Take a look at 4x4parts.com to see what I mean.

+1 on the OME. I just put in the .5" lift coils (stock front, medium duty in the back) along with shocks and struts. Sits nice, drives nice. massive improvement.

I got everything from http://www.nissteclifts.com/
