My shocks are going out and instead of going straight to the junk yard I wanted some thoughts on what I could do to play around a little for a small project. As in maybe lower it a little. I know shark made his J look really nice by doing it. So throw some ideas at me. I heard about modding stuff from a 240sx to fit a J is pretty common. So if you have any ideas on what would go nicely on the J, send them this way. Thanks

Im selling the z31 lowering springs I have for $150. they give the front about a 3" drop.







You might wanna consider doing jdurrty's idea on the z31 shock inserts for the front when you lower it. add bump stops as well.

How exactly did you have the shocks on? Did you have the Z31 inserts or did you get away with fitting them on with nothing else? And do you think I could pick up the bump stops at auto zone or is it more of a order it online type of thing? I know they arnt that expensive I've just never got them before

Or to be a little more clear maybe I should have said how exactly did you have yours set up? And if I put the springs on, will that make up for the fact my shocks are goin out? I know it won't be as good, but in your opinion will it be good enough?
