I was wondering if the Sports package shocks are stiffer than the journey package shocks and will the sports package shocks fit the journey. I wanted somthing a little stiffer.

Are the shocks electronic on the sport models? If thats the case, I doubt theyll work.. however if both are electronic, maybe they are.....
I would probbaly lean toward the springs being the difference. You could call Joe at Infiniti of Scottsdale and ask him, he'd know for sure!
