shocks for 1997 Pathfinder XE

Hi, I'm new to the forum and looking to get some advice from people who've changed the shocks/struts on their pathfinder. Mine is a 1997 XE with about 75k miles. I see that most of the websites have either the Monroe Sensa-trac or the KYB-GR2 as recommended. Are they about equal or is one preferred for some kind of driving? We pretty much drive around the city and on the highway, so not much off road use at all.

Also, to change the front struts, do I just need to buy the upper strut mounts along with the strut assembly? Is there anything else I should buy while I'm at it? For the rear, I'm assuming they are just bolt on with nothing special to do.
