ok so I got new shocks w/ tein s-techs and I'm putting them, everything is going well till I get to the last one which is the rear driver side, the nut on the bottom of the shock on the control arm is so stripped that sockets and wrenchs don't fit, and its on there so tight that vise grips and a stilson strip it as well, penetrating oil didn't help much, so right now I'm very fustrated and dunno what to do, anyone have any ideas

Hammer on an undersized socket... or cut the nut in half (without destroying the threads of the bolt).

Yeah those I've seen have a tendancy to seize. Jeromes13 hit it quite right. Smack on an undersized socket or yeah cut it off.

I was perusing the aisles of Sears the other day and saw a kit for removing nuts/bolts with stripped heads. I forget exactly, but it was like a set of specially shaped sockets with edges to dig in. I wanted to get it but I bought a tap/die kit instead. I hate old nuts/bolts. Especially on suspension parts. You could also use a dremel to shave useable edges back on, then an undersized socket. I got the one you are cursing off OK (impact gun FTMFW). It was getting the hat off the rear shocks that was a PITA. I had to hacksaw the rod in half because the tab on top (that you grip to keep it from turning) broke off. So, watch out for that.
