I just finished mine up today.
Here's a pretty good web site that I used.
http://importnut.net/240springstrut.htm
It's pretty straightforward. You'll need 14mm, 15mm, 17mm, 19mm and a (I think) 20mm sockets - plus a good breaker bar. If you have those sizes in open ended wrenches, bring those along too.
Go to autozone and rent their strut spring compressor through their rent-a-tool program. Figure about an hour or so per wheel. In all honesty 2 wheels a day is probably enough, unless you have a lift. I was pretty dirty and sore from 2.
There's also a walkthrough on NICO. Search for "RUCA Install" it has the strut/spring portion too.
In addition to the struts/springs, I installed adjustable RUCA's and SPL Tension Rods w/ Brake deflectors. Both, also, very easy.
