I will be getting the kyb agx shocks with the rubber bushing/gasket kit from conceptzperformance.com.

I plan on keeping the stock springs until I have the money for eibachs.

I know that I need a spring compressor. Are there any other special tools that I need to put together all of the parts on the shock? I do not have the money to have a mechanic do it and it looks like it would not be that hard to do myself, so how easy is it to assemble?

Make sure to keep all tools away from the main shaft. Not only will the smallest tool mark void any warranty , it will also blow your shock seal.

fyi, you dont need a spring compressor to put on lowering springs. Hell, you dont need one to remove oem springs either. Just unbolt the nuts on the top strut tower, and slowly lift the car.

You just need one to put back (or on) oem springs.
