Shock and Strut Suggestions

It's time for me to begin looking at my suspension. I live in a very hilly town, and would like to replace/upgrade the suspension on my 2x4 king cab. Does anyone have a suggestion for good shocks and struts that aren't too expensive, and would handle many turns, dips and hills well?

take a look at www.rockauto.com. i just got a new set of shocks and struts for my qx4 and they were 30 bucks less then autozone or advanceauto web sites.. and i got high performance .. they have economy, oem, and high performance section if available.. check it out no harm in trying.. oh and it only took like 2 days for delivery i think thats cause the warehouse is located in the same state as me, NY

and i also bought KYB brand supposed to be better which i feel already my truck handling better

mines lowered I got some toxics for it (2" to 4") lower ride height capable) from summit I think I gave 50 for all 4 of them. they are dreamy had em on a year.
