So, I put in the thickest sized shim, which i believe is 1.46 mm?.. On the write up, it said i can either put 1 shim or 2 small shims on top of the old shim to get either a 1.5 or 2 way action. I'm planning on doing some drifting so this is why i'm doing it. After i put the shim in, i bolted it all back together and put the diff back in the housing. It was pretty difficult to get the side washers in. And well, my problem is that i'm trying to put the input shafts back in, the longer one won't line up correctly inside. I'm wondering if maybe there's a technique to get it to line up or would i have to try & take it all apart again? If anyone has had any experience shimming diffs or has ever ran into this problem, please let me know! Thanks in advance.

^^^ this is pretty much the same problem i'm having. Don't know if the guy ever fixed it or not, but i'll make a youtube account and message him.
