Shiftlock

ok so out of nowhere i now have to always press the shiftlock down to shift out of park because it wont shift when i press the button on the side. Could this be a fuse? or what?
also my brake light on my dash doesn't come on anymore, sometimes (when it was working) my brake light on my dash would pop up without me touching the brake and the brake lights came on, and finally my idle stutters but im pretty sure after i put the gasket in it will be fine

There is a shift lock fuse in the engine bay fuse block. Replace that and it should be fine.

changed it and no luck

Ah, I bet it is your brake sensor switch on the brake pedal. Just occurred to me that you were having brake light issues. Do your brakes light up when you press the pedal?

Shift lock and brakes now fixed. It was the stop lamp fuse. Idk if the brake light going on by itself is now fixed but hopefully it is
