Shifting, would not go in gears

s14 with KA: Clutch press down all the way and would not go in ANY gears at dead stop even in Reverse, I have to force it in 2nd then to 1st. I have replace my slave cylinder. After I drive it in 1st, it will shift easily to the rest. Problem is only at dead stop. Any help please! Im getting tired of people honking horn at me at stop lights

Last time you changed gear/manual transmission fluid??

How hard is the process to replace the synchros, assuming the transmission is removed from the car.

I have replace my transmission fluid with Redline MT-90. If im driving , shifting to any gears is smooth. The problem is only when i come to a complete stop , let go the clutch pedal and press it down again, then it wont go into any gear. weird **** . Could it be the neutral switch on the transmission?

with the clutch disengaged does the car still sound like it has a load on the clutch, if so look to the pressure plate
