Shifting to 2nd Gear Not Smooth

I'm noticing this problem with my Versa. About 3/4 the time, when I UPSHIFT from 1st to 2nd, there is an unusual amount of resistance going in, and I have to give the shifter an extra pull and it kind of "clunks" into place. I do not have this problem with other gears or while DOWNSHIFTING into 2nd. I tried shifting with the car at a standstill and it's smooth. I then made sure that the clutch is completely depressed when I shift and it was. What could possibly be causing this? Anyone else have the same problem?

I have also noticed this. Haven't had time to take it in yet. I also noticed that in all gears it get what seems to be loose. I'm not sure what the issue is.
