Shifting question

I have been reading alot dyno charts for my 93 240 s13 and was wondering when should i shift, i have been shifting around 5700 rpm and getting 10.3 in the 8th mile i was wondering would i see any gains from shifting at a higher rpm?

i think shifting at about 6200 is the best... but what do i know...

Next time I drive my car hard, I'll let ya know what I shift at. I know after you reach a point, it feels like you hit a brick wall because the power just drops.
