shifting problems

I'm still havin trouble gettin my car into 1st gear and reverse. Ive checked the master cylinder , slave cylinder, bled the slave cylinder, checked the gear oil and adjusted the clutch pedal and it was none of those. I use redline 75w-90 gear oil. All I have done performance wise is a spec stage 3 clutch. Would this have anything to do with it maybe? or any other suggestions?

are those the only gears that you are having trouble getting it into.

are those the only gears that you are having trouble getting it into. if you are having trouble getting into any gears and the pedal feels fine then you might have a clutch issue
