Shifting problem

Hi everyone!

Im having a problem with my transmission/shifting? the problem is that when im in "neutral" the shifter doesnt move left or right, but i can shift into 3rd and 4th gear. did anyone have similar problem in the past?

Got a broken striking lever! guess ill have to order a new one =/
