my Z is getting hard to shift into 1st and reverse. Ive replaced all the hydraulic lines and parts a few months ago so theyre fine. the shifting has been getting much harder lately. i cant tell if its the synchronizers going out or my clutch. but my clutch doesnt slip when im driving. anybody know any ways to tell

Your clutch would be doing the opposite of slipping if it was the cause of your hard shifting problem. If your clutch doesnt disengage all the way it could be causeing your problem. When wa the last time you changed the trans fluid?

Another thought is your selector forks. I don't remember for sure, but I believe 1st and reverse along with another gear are on the same fork.

I changed the fluid about a year ago. I might switch to redline and see if it helps

I looked up at my clutch master cylinder and I still have another half inch or so of threads. You I should just adjust it a little more?
