shifting issue

i've posted in sr20forum too for this question...after replacing the flywheel, clutch, throw out bearing, clutch cable...i've been having issue shifting into gears and putting it in gear at a stop...adjust the pedal and it wasn't the problem...any suggest on this car...its a 96 200sx se-r...this coming weekend going to pull out the trans and redo everything...thanks

As in it's hard to put in gear or the clutch is stiff or what?
