shifter vibrates s13 ka-de

so if im at 4.8k-6k rpms my shifter vibrates alot. and its get hard to shift cause i dont want to throw my shift into the wrong gear. anybody know what could possibly cause this? or how to fix it? and its also the stock shifter as well, no aftermarket stuff

Yeah its either your shifter bushing is worn out or the problem it most likely is could be the transmission bushing you can get the red polyurethane one I have heard its good for street use since its not to stiff but its a big difference over stock.
