Shifter shakes at high rpms

Okay so i have had a problem with this for a while....and now its getting really irritating....
Whenever I go past around 3.5k my shifter shakes a crap load....and it feels like the whole transmission is shaking.....
I have no idea what the problem is....I was thinking of changing my transmission oil first...but I dont think thats the problem..

Engine and or transmission bushing(s) are usually the culprit. Do you have the stock shifter? Does it shake when starting?

I have actually the B+M short shifter...and I dont remember what it was like with the stock shifter....

When I was installing the short shifter..my friends lightly removed the transmission...would that possibly be a reason why'?

really common for them to shake at high RPM. But thats usually an indicator that you need to change your transmision and probably your engine mounts too.
