Shifter Question

I just got my NISMO short shifter the other day, I want to take of that plastic bushing on the bottom of the shifter but I dont know how. I got a cusco replacement one bushing to go on instead. Any help would be great.

where did you get a nismo short shifter? The ones I find on the internet are only nismo solid shifter. I don't know if that is a short shifter or what?

any nismo shifter will shorten the throws, I bought a B&M unit, and love it. but it does prodcue gear noise and is very tight, likc a racing shifter(I LIKE THAT) but kinda of makes street driving a bit harder...
