Shifter question

so from what i can see, the ca18 shifters are the same as the stock ka24 shifters, and since i didnt get one with my ca, i am wondering if anyone can shed some light on wether or not itll work.

i can probably get a stock 240 shifter for free from a friend, but i thought id ask before i bother.

NO s*** YOU LIVE IN MICHIGAN!!! now we have to go on a cruise and s***, just because we have CA18's

yeah for sure id love to do some cruising.

you should come to my car club meets, there is a ling in my sig to our website. its a good time. the meets are small, but a lot of fun for sure.

and also thanks for the colorful reply i figured as much that it would work, but it never hurts to ask.

for sure. it'll actually be nice to talk to someone that knows something about a CA, or has even heard of it!. i'm in class right now but i'll check out that site when i get back home.

Just to verify if the ca shifter is the same as the KA shifter and a SR shifter works with a KA are they not all the same mostly? I could be wrong

yes they are all the same. all three engines have basically the same tranismission, just a different bellhousing.
