shifter is shaking on the hill

Car: Nissan 1994 pickup king cab 5 speds v6

I have a 1994 pickup king cab 5 speeds V6 is ok on the road but when I change the gear on the hill , the shifter is shaking badly. Please! I need help.

Shaking in between shifts or after you upshift and are accelerating?
