Shifter Info, Quick Question

Discuss the RB20, RB25 and RB26 series engines.

I dont quite remember how it goes, but I know a ka shifter can be used in a rb20, and vice versa. Now, I wan t to know if you could use an rb25 shifter in an rb20, kinda like the b&m type with the plate that bolts it to the transmission. Need to know, cuz I have a chance at an ikeya sport unit that the previous owner had on his rb25 240sx and took it off before he sold it.
