shifter getting stuck

It only does this when i shift gears under heavy accel, but what its doing is that If I'm punching it in say 1st gear, when I shift to 2nd gear and then let off afterwards, the shifter is super stiff, and hard to get it in/out of gear. What I have been doing to fix it for now, is to pull out the shifter, and put it back in. Its fixes the problem, but If it just gets stuck again later when i do the same thing. I dont know if its the bushing, the c-clip moving, or the transmission itself. Any help?

not sure on what type of transmission fluid your using but you should consider REDLINE MT-90 if you arent running it yet give that a shot...that stuff can work out alot of shifting issues

Are your hydraulics up to par? Make sure that the slave is moving the clutch fork the proper amount.
