Well my mothers 08 Versa started giving an issue not cranking, I told her to put it into Neutral and try again, after a few times it finally cranked and started. Well this has happened several times over the last month and she wants it fixed before she is stranded, so I figured it was the Neutral Safety Switch so I ordered one and replaced it and when I did I broke the connection where the Shifter cable connected to the transmission and now it looks like I'm screwed. Just from what I can tell I will have to completely remove the exhaust system to access the end of the cable that connects to the shifter.

Someone please tell me I am wrong and this is not as bad as it looks like it will be.
