What peice is it? Image taken from courtesy parts btw.

Also, not to thread jack, but I figured I'd post here instead of making a new thread. Anybody know the part numbers for the transmission lower dust boot, upper dust boot, and upper dust boot holder thing? Thanks.

You want the bushing that goes at the bottom of the shift lever right? It is the second one.

Part Number: 32861

It's towards the right side of the illustration: Bush-Control Lever

Less than 2 bux each. But shipping sucks, as usual. I've broken 3 of them so far with my B & M shifter. I think it just puts a ton of stress on that little bushing. Not to mention, I've never found the pieces of any of them.. lol

I think I'm going with the metal one. Hopefully it doesn't fall apart, and fall into the transmission like the plastic goobers. But then again, maybe it's a good thing that the stockers are plastic. ....I'm so confused..

Any other people have review on this? I'm seriously thiking about buying one. I have B&M Shifter and OEM bushing looks stronger than B&M one.

Whoever orders next will have to wait 2-3 weeks. Again, B&M bushing looks very flimsy, so I recommend OEM or this Cusco bushing. I bought it cuz I've seen many good reviews on it and don't feel like replacing it once in a while.

to answer your simple question that no one has answered:

32861-h7301$1.63 without tax.$1.77 with tax.

if you're quoted more, they're ripping you off.go cusco instead.it's expensive but the feel is better.

Got the Cusco bushing, and it looks awsome. Very well made. Can't wait to try it. White one is B&M bushing, not OEM.

I swapped it with new stock bushing, and it still rattles. It looks like no matter what shifter rattles anyway. It's a little louder with a Cusco bushing, but it's not that bad. I admit. Shift feel is much better with a Cusco bushing.

I got a megan racing v2 short shifter for my ka sr. Two problems. First three days it was tight and nice (sort of some kinda rotating movement which sucks is there).

After that until now completely lose. The bushing is no longer there... so I was thinking of getting now OEM one.. but i dont wana go one a pop once in a while so I'll try this cusco one. Anyone else with it?

Other problem to address 5k+ rpm vibrations which are murderous... That I guess I will have to figure out. Suggestions welcome.

Get OEM one. It's freaking strong. I wasn't able to cut or pop it out from old shifter. It won't rattle as much as Cusco one.

If you disassemble the shifter, you will see 2 springs. Add a couple of small washers there and see if that fixes the rattle. I know it worked on some people's shifters.

I will definitely try that.

This is my summer/track car, and I'm a little crazy, so I don't mind some of the noises, but the 5k+ rpm rattle sucks that is all. That's what I mainly want to fix when it comes to noise lol.

I'll definitely try that washer trick.

I was trying to order online from aspec but its asking 80USD for shipping WTF?!?!

I tried calling aspec but they are not answering...
