Ok, so I tried doing it Nissan's way using the TSB instructions. It helped for a little while, then, the rattle returned. It only does it now and then, not as bad as it was, but, I want it gone. So, I took the bezel back off to do my own method.

Here is the bezel:

See the white powder on this tab?? Shows me that this part has been rubbing:

Pry on the tabs of the silver trim to get the assembly apart starting at the large end and working your way to the smaller end of the assembly. Here are the three parts:

Felt over the "ribs" from the Nissan TSB, didn't work!! I left this on though:

Added felt where each "tab" contacts this part, hope this fixes it:

All back together:

I just did this tonight, haven't driven it yet but I'm sure my fiance will let me know if it doesn't work!! Haha. I'll post back in a few days and let everyone know how this is going.

The OP will have to fix the links. When I try to copy & paste the link, all I get is the Windows live login screen. Perhaps he forgot to make them viewable to the 'public'?

did you use a small screwdriver to pry the bezel off when it was mounted?

Yes, I used one screwdriver to hold up the silver trim and another to get under the part that is snapped in. Its kind of hard at first, start with the part closest to the AC controls.
