Hey guy, I'm wondering what would be the best shift point, on my last car it made a hell of a difference when I shifted at 5500 Rpms. That wasnt a 240 though.

I got a 92 240sx fastback
Intake, exhaust,k sport springs, kyb agx, 17in knocks,

11,000 rpm.

Seriously though, why are you asking? Go drive your car.

pretty much what krash said

Go out and drive your car. You can feel when the engine pretty much torques out. It'll differ to what kind of driving you're trying to do
If you're drag racing it, then you're probably power shifting, and then you want to shift so there's some room between your revs and redline for that second where you're on the gas in neutral.
If you're drifting, it really depends on the kind of entry you're doing, because you want to control how much wheel spin you want when you let off the clutch.
If you're auto-xing, you want it pretty high up, but you want to avoid having it disturb the car and potentially lose control or over/understeer

Take it to red line, jump off it for 5-7 seconds. Dont granny shift it hell you dont even need a clutch at 7200rpms just smash it in untell it grabs and repeat step 1-3 all the way through 6th.
