ok so im finally geting my shift light/tach gauge tomorrow,i also got a tach adapter..anybody know how to install it??ow easy is it??where can i run the wire?im mounting the gauge on the very left of my dash...

I think most people are avoiding the thread in order not to bash you about installing that in your car. This is their way of being nice about it. Unfortunately i dont know off the cuff. a google search may be your best aide in this matter.

Tach adapter? What does it adapt to? Seems like this tach should run off the signal wire to the tach in the dash cluster.

Or do you mean the physical mounting adapter? Left side of dash meaning next to the A-pillar or on the pillar itself? It also depends on the design of your mount. Post a link to it and we can take a look.

Also, why add a tach to a car that already has one?

nah,its just a shift light thats programmble to different RPM's...i havent looked at my ECU yet..so I can be more specific.. its from gloshift...
