shift knob threaded adapter

I received a pretty cool shift knob for my 240... unfortunately the thread pitch is
12mm x 1.25, and the stock shifter thread is 10mm x 1.25... Does anybody make a threaded adapter that changes my 10mm threaded shifter to a 12m one? I have looked, I cannot find one for the life of me. :(

To bad nobody makes one..... :tisk: :wtf2: :mike .......... I just bought some from here, they are perfect, and I fit my 12mm shift knob right on my 10mm stock shifter...........
