Worked off the final $200 yesterday and was handed the title (after everything I paid $2600 for this truck) and already we have some teething problems. Yesterday the little rubber plug that presses the clutch switch came apart which wouldn't let the truck start. I replaced it with a small bolt and nut. Later on yesterday I think the headlight switch took a dump because I have no lights, just turn signals. Luckily I still have my boxes of old Nissan parts to rummage through in case of situations like these. Anways, here's some pics of the beast without the cap on. Looks much much better. I drove the truck well over 200 miles on $30 worth of fuel too!!!

shame theres not that much activity here in the truck section.

What are your plans for that thing? Ive allways been into um. Wanna get one some day and lower it, put my factory titan 18's on it and use it for alittle parts hauler.

I'm going with a set of Pathfinder SE rims, maybe (maybe) a small drop, bed cover, clear headlamps and that should about do it. Nothing crazy.

Thats weird because mine is doing the same thing in the exact same spot, and it's been waxed at LEAST once every two months since 1993.

Mine baked out in the Florida sun for a while then came up here and baked in the NY sun for a while longer. Wondering what I might be able to do about it. Looks as if the clear coat is chipping away.

I was thinking if it couldn't simply be buffed out or claybar or something of that nature.

It looks like the clear is peeling though. I was gonna swing it by a body shop and get a quote.
