you know i have to say that even though it is an Ebay manifold i was extremely surprised as to the build quality..and the primaries are very substantial not to mention the tubing is incredibly thick..who knows how well or long this manfiodl will last. but i had this turbo off my old engine and this was a heck of alot cheaper than getting the stock turbo rebuilt...

How is the clearance on that turbo to the hood? Seems kinda high Any room to play with piping? Thanks in advance. Oh cool setup even if mostly stock still.

Unless they have changed something, the tubing on that mani is double walled.I have one, the "stock replacement"When your manifold goes, cut it open and you'll see.I have pics of the turbo outlet somewhere

yeah i had to loosen the center section to clock it from my last setup that that turbo was on.the hood closes just fine with the turbo clock correctly. and the wastegate is in a perfect location..get by the steering column with no prob..here check it outhttp://s45.photobucket.com/alb...3.jpg

Nice work I see you trying to fish that I/C piping up to the turbo, If I were you I'd get a hose witha 90 Degree bend from like Samco to make it easier to route that piping around. Welcome the the RB family! Very Clean indeed!

I was wondering why you went with SI units on your gauges and not the wacky american units (degrees F and psi)?

How do you plan to regulate the idle if you dont have the IACV on?

good looking car [thumbsup]

it's probably easier if you relocate the brake fluid resevoir and have the outlet of the compressor facing toward the fender and it'll be easier to run that hot pipe.

to regulate the idle is actually very simple...the biggest job og the IAC valve is to regulate idle when a load is applied while engine is at anidle condition....all you have to do is manualy increase the idle via idle adjustment screw on the TB...ive done it many of times...works just fine.

Is that a REAL Greddy Intake Mani or a Greddy Style Mani?
