$3500 bucks later and with a dead injector!

i wont go through everything for all you guys, long story short, 20 minutes after picking the car up from the body shop, a limb fell on the fender at my gf's house, thus implementing another 400 dollar fix. Luckily her parents covered it since no ones insurance would (we would do the same for them if that would happen here).

and here are some pics of her finished before and after the limb lol. Cant even tell. My core support is slightly up on one side due to someone jacking it up by the core support (before i bought it). Once i get the weather stripping that goes on the nose panel between the bumper an the hood we can straighten that out.

just finished painting the last rim, so they will be on soon then i will go out and do a nice big photoshoot...

i have progress pics from everything i have done. One of the small subtle things that many would not notice is i painted the headlight inserts gloss black. Went against the grain of painting them body color and also cleaned the lenses which help a lot with the HIDs.vs stock...

like i said, the rims will be on very soon (waiting for the last one to dry so i can sand down one spot then spray another clear, then give it a day to cure), so expect a photoshoot very soon. Doing the injector saturday along with EGR delete (to get rid of my last boost leak). So keep your eyes peeled!

Nice -

1 thing, though...I believe that those are 3 piece wheels. You should have taken them apart and painted the sections separately.....the way you did it I wouldn't expect the paint to last very long. A lot of torque and stress will be on the paint.

those rims are a 1pc. If you know how to prep, the paint will be fine. Painted one of my buds rims black on his 240 about a year and 100hp ago, still holdin fine. Its all in the prep work

Scratch that - M-sports may be a 1 piece. I owned a set and assumed they were 2 piece

The Z looks good. I'm digging the hood. Never seen that kinda hood latch before.

I had a limb fall on a old car of mine. It poked a hole thru the bottom edge of the windshield and dented the trailing edge of the hood and the top of the fender. The owner of the rooming house I stayed in split the repair cost (new windshield) with me. Very cool...

Looks good man!

Not sure that I dig the hood but as a whole the package looks top notch.
