so here is the background:
there is a house being built right next to my house, and saturday night, i wasn't home, but i guess my dad was out feeding our doggah and he heard a loud bang and some kids laughing, so he ran inside, grabbed his cell, maglight and his glock and ran outside, waited for them to come out and identified himself and all three of them took off running. upon investigation, two broken windows and a door that had been kicked down, which would require the whole door jamb to be repaired. (mind you there is no drywall up, just a frame, it's not like getting inside required knocking the door down).
so tonight, hes out letting the doggah take a **** and he heard some laughing, so he did the same thing, my stepmom called the cops, and he hollered to me to grab a light and a weapon and to get outside, so I grabbed my LED facelight that straps to your head, and my brand new Spyderco knife and ran outside. We hid behind our motorhome waiting for them to come out of the shadows.
so we see 3 shadows walking out of the houseframe, and he turns on his flashlight, raises his gun and identifies himself again, and I circle around behind them with my light and pulled out my knife. The 3 kids knew they were ****ed, so they just did what we said, which was, lay on the ground, hands behind their backs, thumbs interlocked. one kid didn't like the idea of ruining his "Metal Mulisha" shirt in the dirt, but with some 'coaxing' from me and my dad, he went down.
Three kids, two guys, one girl (omg dhitb), 17, 18 and the other kid.. didn't catch his age. He was being a real d!ck. mouthing off to my dad, which he failed miserably at, because my dad deals with stupidass kids like him who think they know everything on a daily basis. haha, it was hilarious watching him try to mouth off and getting anything he said turned right back around on him.
So cop one shows up and my dad tells him about the one with the mouth, and the cop cuffs him all the while the kid is talking ****, and the cop is yelling at him, pushing him around, talking ****, it was classic. my dad said that if he had taser'd him it would have been justified, just to get him to stfu. the other two learned from dumbass #1 and didn't say a word unless they were asked.
I called the company that was building the house, and the foreman drove over and formally pressed charges against all three of them, thanked me and my dad, and everyone was on their merry way.
have fun in jail ****ers!
CLIFFS:-dumbasses get their shenanigans ruined by off duty police and a certain NICO member-get cuffed, a free ride in a police car, charges pressed, and other misc fun.-slightly more exciting night than usual

Nice! Reminds me of when these 3 kids were tip'n porta-ptties while the rest of my neighborhood was be'n built. These dumbarses happen to tip the wrong one this oe night and it was next to the FBI agents house! OMG,it was great. He had the kids cry'n. Mind you they are 18 years old and about to graduate! HAHA

Great, you caught some kids vandalizing.Was it necessary to pull a gun on them? What, was your Dad gonna shoot them in the back if they ran away again? Good thing he made them lay down in the dirt or else he wouldve had to look them in the eye. Too bad he left the taser in the house or yall coulda had some real fun!

Evidently his dad is a cop, who was off duty at the time (hence the gun). Besides, who doesn't like getting some punk kids all dirty and scaring them a bit? I'd have roughed em' up a bit...
I personally wouldn't have gone after them unless they were vandalizing my home.
Who knows if THEY had guns and shot your dad in the face. Would it have been worth it?.. I would have just called the cops or something. Sooner or later the guys will find another place to screw around in.
On second thought, your dad probably felt like he had a duty to do something about it. Thank God for people like him.
