How much weight could i expect to cut from takin out most of the interior, such as rear seats, carpet and insulation, and passenger seat? I kinda bought the car without a spare tire lol. Should I remove the "should-be" power antenna. What are the perks of puttin s14 seats instead of my factory s13s?

the back seats and seat belt's will drop you about 25lb from what i have heard and all of the sound deading insulation under the dash will take you down about another 35ish pounds this is not from expierence but just from what i have read on here how much do you wanna drop?

taking all that stuff out probably around 40 lbs...if your lucky

the s13 seats aren't that comfortable and don't hold you as well as s14 seats do, s14 seats are much more comfortable and hold you better,,

you can open up your s13 seats and mess with the springs,,but I would just get s14 seats if you can afford it...search about the s13 seat mod..

The interior of the car looks horrible, i don't mind at all removing everything but the dash. And possibly a driver seat lol

Sounds Like you should just add a roll cage and go racing!

would a roll cage actually be neccessary? I figure i'd save a few more pounds by just kinda tryin to play it safe on the road, and savin my money for stuff that would actually make me faster.

We race on a dirt track and they require one. When you go to sell your car try and find somebody that want to turn it into a track race car and they will buy it. You've allready done most of the hard part is striping it down. Just knockout the glass, add a roll cage and number:)
