You should run a Tomei 256 / 256 combo on any SR engine pushing less than 325rwhp. The 264's really don't play a role until you have either higher RPM operation, or alot more turbo flow. Honestly 272's are just rediculous for any street car... those should be reserved for very high horsepower SR's, or an SR capable of 8000+ rpms worth of operation.
The key is to match your camshaft choice to the flow and overall boost threashold of the turbocharger itself. Running higher than required duration camshafts just makes for a sluggish engine that even when it's on boost makes little power.
On a stock turbo SR, cams, headwork, and intake manifolds are pretty much worthless. Your limiting factor in that equation is the actual turbo itself.
