I figured you would respond really fast bro. I'm at school, and as soon as I get out me and my dad are heading to TN to get my bumper and lip. I decided to buy his bra also. I'll put that thing on when I take her on trips and stuff. Gotta protect that new shiny front end:D I'll try and call ya though man.

Is there any part on your street that isn't covered with grass, other than the road?

I didn't think places like that existed.

There are places like that all over here in VA, they're just always in the really expensive residential areas.

nope never  never, its bad for the unibody and for the drive train, if they would have shown up here like that they would have gone right back to the shop for the flatbed , and the insurance would be payin for it if it cost extra... you shouldnt tow the 240 like that ever

Well I had no idea it shouldn't be towed like that  It got towed on a flatbed when it was leaving the scene of the accident. When it got towed back out to my house and out to the shop, it was towed w/ that kinda tow truck. I'm sure its no broken or anything, though. At least I hope not.

I didnt' have to get a new tire. I am going to buy all four new tires though, cause these tires SUCK. They always have, but I just thought eh, they dont slip or anything in the rain and still have tread, so I will drive on them. Screw that, I am getting some Kumho Ecsta 712's I think, cause they aren't too expensive, and they are decently grippy tires I think. I am debating whether to get wheels too. I told myself I wasnt' going to put anymore money into this car though, other than maintaining it, etc. We'll see. If I do put anymore money into the car, it won't be a substantial amount I dont think.

Do they make clear bra's for your car? Those seem to work out pretty well. Wish I had spent the $$ when the Max was new :(

I thought about powdercoating. But one reason I would get diff. wheels is because I want something wider. These are only 6.5"

I've heard of those clear bra things that like stick to your car or whatever from like 3M or somethin. I guess I could look into that....

6.5, yuck

mine are only seven but they can actually take a 245 series tire, it looks funny from the side, but behind the car those big tires looked so cool, too bad they were bald and I'm cheap...

people have squeezed 245's on the 6.5" before. It bulge like a mofo, and I wouldn't do it, but its been done. I would go w/ 225's if I got just tires on these rims.

Dude, towing the 240 like that is fine. Ben's got a manual transmission now, so it won't hurt that. If it were automatic, I would definitely agree. But how is it going to damage the unibody? It's not porcelain. I've towed plenty of cars personally in the same manner and it never hurt any of them.

Ru, your car looked damn good with 245's in the rear. Sure you don't want to pick up those Tantrums? I'll make you a screamin' deal. I'm planning 245's in the rear of my s13 on an 8" wheel and a 225 up front on a 7" wheel. Damned 5Zigens. w00t!

I guess you missed my previous post: that wasn't Rubin that posted. He hasn't posted on this thread, that was me signed on under his name. I was at a friends house, and the particular computer I used still was signed in from when Rubin was signed in a few weeks ago.
