Swapped out the MAF for another 300ZX loaner, fired up like a champ. Gave her a quick seat of the pants/wideband tune. Tore up the street sidewayz and blew my IC piping all over the road....I ****ing love boost.

More to come very soon!!! I plan on spending the day ruining my Pirelli's and tuning the SAFC.

Thanks to everyone who helped me out again. Especially Ryan, I hope you don't want the MAF back after all.

LOL, I blew mine off too. Just remember that Turbo is HOT!! Now I carry gloves, sweatshirt and a small tool box in my car just in case it happens again. Does that mean I am going to see it in Atlanta?

MY GODDAMN CAMERA IS GONE!!!!I'll try to borrow my buddies one of these days, but shelling out 450 for a new Camera is way below new rods/pistons.

The car will be in Atlanta Rob. Probably still have the same motor in it though. Depends on how far I get on the spare motor/head/new exmani/new inmani and all the related expenses that go with. I also need to find a local machine shop that doesn't gouge people.

hes got a big rubber band he twists up evertime he tries to move, like those wooden airplanes you get as a kid.

i think hes running 42# 8psi as of right now.

Yep 42lbers at 8 psi with 2 degree's retard per lb of boost until I swap the clutch out and get her tuned correctly. I've waited to long to blow her up being stupid. I already want to turn up the BC. It's the same way with a alcoholic, "Once a boost addict, always a boost addict".

isn't 2 degrees per psi alittle too high? i thought the ideal for stock compression is .75 degrees per psi.

You are correcty, however, WMD is doing it because he's already making too much power and burning up his clutch, and he doesn't have it tuned, so to be on the safe side, he retarted his timing a bit more.
