She runs again. I'm sold on the CA and Nissan

So you guys know that my car caught on fire, did a lot of electrical damage along with cosmetics. Well cosmetics aside I replaced all the wires for the fuse block along with putting a new fuse block with new relays, fuses, etc. Had to redo the megasquirt harness. Got everything done last saturday tried to fire it no go, I noticed the fuel pump was extremly loud so I'm thinking the fire used up all my gas, put in 5 gallons of 93 octane and I noticed my brothers battery was weak god I love Megasquirt and Megaview. So today double checked everything made sure everything got power etc etc. Threw on my mom's Jeep Liberty battery man that thing does 600 CCA, and glad to say guys she fired once again and kept going strong. Only problem is the turbo because the firefighters dunked the turbo in water, so the turbo is flinging water and smoking.

All in all the project lives on and because my baby is hanging in their I'm gonna go all out in a few months and just build the **** out of it. But for now she will be my daily driver and take it easy on it till I button up everything and clean it.

my megasquirt should be done tomorrow! and then i get to con the guy into wiring it up. think i can get that base map off yah?!? the only thing im not doing that you are is im running megasquirtI till i can get more money and time to get the daughter board orderd

yea just go to the megasquirt write up the file is their to download, its the msq file so it includes all the maps plus the ford EDIS setting and CA18DET stock settings. I'm not sure if it matters if its megasquirt I or II for the file which I dont think it does.

lol time? the daughterboard is just a swap out no soldering lol.

I would double check to see if megasquirt I is setup differently in terms of building it. I dont think it does only difference is the code you'd be loading.

even popping a chip in and out it pushing it when it comes to me making time lol. im lazy.... and im working 9am-2/3am almost every day this week. like tonight, we have 3 ca18det 240sx's being worked on and its 2am. a 4th 240 with a ka-T just pulled up 20mins ago for me to start on a clutch job in the morning.

im about to crash or start yelling at people im so tired
