Shaving body lines

Well Im just about done fixing the rear quater panel but I lack the body lines i used to have (little indentations that run along the car) and am planning on painting the car soon, should I a) get rid of all the body lines on the carb) just the right and left rear quater panel body linesc) try to make new body lines
