i have always wanted to have a hot-rod style 240. bigger tires in the back, lifted a little. with a blower like that sticking out of the hood. i think that would look mean.

I know they make them for BMWs, but I bet you could fit it to a 240, though I've never seen one sticking out, I guess if you mount it oddly it would work.
hmm, i was thinking maybe an engine swap with a V6 or a V8. i really want to rig a SC on a KA though. i'll find a way. maybe i'll go to a junk yard and pick up a cheap blown SC from a Merc or something similar.
But that wouldn't be clutch-controlled, and that's no fun. Oh, the Eaton superchargers have an automatic clutch, it kicks in whenever you need more power than the stock engine can give, and keeps spinning for a short time after you stop so you don't lose boost.
I've only seen a deloreon in person one time in my whole life, and it was going the opposite way on the highway, so I only got a slight glimpse. I would have probbably tried to race it, just to see what it has..
yeah, it was a Volvo engine. looked cool, but almost like an anemic Lotus Espirit. they are really hard to find now and worth a lot of money cause they were so limited in production numbers and pretty cool for their time.
someone near my house drives a delorean everytime I have seen it was when I use to steal my dads Impalal ( no licence yet ) and go really fast past who was ever driving

Lame... Let me guess you flashed your hazards too just to say you won.????
There is a place in TX called Delorean Motor Company that has the remaining stock of OEM DMC parts and several completely refurbished Deloreans for sale. Almost like an antebellum Delorean dealership. I've seen a few of those steel-bodied cars around me. They are neat-looking cars, but not very quick.
As for my shameful car...'71 Buick Riviera GS with the faux-Auburn boat-tail and 455 V-8. All-black, of course.
