That's not the issue. The issue is whether or not Cornell Ag is an Ivy League School and in the most technical sense, its not. Its a statutory school that is part of Cornell University but receives significant state funding and has some policies dictated to it by SUNY (State University of New York). State funded? Policies administered by a state school? Doesn't sound very Ivy League to me. Regardless of how its classified there should be no doubt that the college experience Olbermann had was most likely not an Ivy League experience in the same vein as someone actually attending Cornell University proper, and that's what is the real root of the issue or at least it should be.

He went to IUPUI, but if you check his degrees they say Indiana University and Purdue University. And there is no need to look down on his education, because he went to school in Indianapolis and not Bloomington or West Lafayette.
Not really, those are all state funded schools and part of the same educational system. IUB, IUSB, IUK, and even Oooey Pooey are all part of the same educational organization. Pooey is a little different since its a cooperative effort with Peeee-Eeeew. I would offer the same observation that while Helio's paperwork may say Indiana University the experience he had attending IUPUI was significantly different than someone going to IUB. A more accurate comparison would be to say that Olberman didn't go to an Ivy League School and Helio didn't go to a Big Ten campus.*

Give me a break, if you are that insecure about this maybe you shouldnt be running around proclaiming you went to an Ivy League school and then freak out when someone calls you on it.
I agree 100%. And while Olbermann was not "lying" he's been more than a little deceptive. I guess I should be thankful that he's not debating the meaning of the word "is" or something equally ludicrous.
* Helio, my intention is not to be disparaging in any way to what school you attended, I apologize if its perceived that way.
