Usually the truck is fine in the brakes department (new front pads, good rear linings). Totally normal in city driving. But on the highway, say over 100 kph up to 120 kph (80 miles) sometimes I feel a vibration when I push the brakes during normal circumstances and in straight line. I tought it was the pave but not really as it changed and the vibration is present in any surface (tar, cement). I mean I did not panic stops and that kind of braking, just normal but fast de-acceleration. Any ideas?.

If the shaking is only associated with braking, then its almost certainly a warped rotor as already mentioned. The new pads are gonna wear out quick..

If the shaking is associated with the high speeds (60mph+), your wheels are out of balance.
