shakes when i coast

ok, my s14 shakes when i coast. i can hear it because my rear suspension squeeks. when im on the gas or on the brakes it dosnt do it. only when i coast. and if im coasting down a hill. the shake is that much worse. the rear end slams when i let off of the gas to fast or if im on the brakes really hard when i stop. when i checked to see if it was the brakes i noticed the the rear end was really hard to turn. and it wasnt my brakes. im lost at this point. besides paying somebody money to fix it.

wheel balance? check all your lug nuts if they're torqued down too.
