shake no rattle or roll

1999 GLE I have a slight steering wheel shake at highway speed 65/80 new tires/ inner /outer tie rods and ball joints , cv axles, and alinement have had tires rebalanced twice, no weird noises or clunks on potholes or other issuses maybe need new struts????? any help would be great.

I know they are new and rebalanced twice but check the tires for any unusual bulge. Did they use a torque wrench during installation, @ 80 ft-lbs? Overtorquing can warp the brake rotors and cause vibration.

If you still have the original suspension, then it may be due for replacement. It may not be related but try replacing the PCV so your engine can breathe better.
