Seymore4 Questions about tuning

I have an 03 M45 I can not find all that much information about pretty much anything on this car but I seen your name posted several times as a good person to talk to about this.

so I have a few main questions and probably several others depending on answers given, 1) is the 03 able to be tuned? 2) are there bolt on options for this platform? and 3) Does the tune do anything for transmission shift points and timing?
