Here is some more info on that car. Heavy Throutle set that one up with a S15 SR20DET, 6 speed transmission and VLSD. after he did that we went and had all the body work done. think they said it has a carbon fiber hood and fenders.

MAXIMUS Nismo - hey bastard, im irish!

im convinced that literally everybody on this board complains about stickers, no matter how many there are [/quote]how the hell did u find out my counterstrike name? MAXIMUS BastarD is feared in my clan. lol

and we all think thickers detract from the "clean" look of a car. unless u are advertising a product rom which u profit, why put stickers on? i had some stickers on my car, but they were advertising my country, Jamaica.

btw, why u sound so angry?

Actually i met that guy up at Rockville (Local Import Meet-up) in the DC area. That car was so phat. WE were posting about him on Zilvia b/c we saw him at one of out meets in springfield but we couldnt catch him b4 he drove away. 1 week later we saw him at rockville. And it is true...S15 motor w/ 6spd transmission. THis guy was talking about selling it soon, but i didnt ask how much...too bad..it was probably too much ne ways. Oh well. I should have gone to that show at MIR on sun to see that ride.

DR1FT3R- i think i met u at rockville last week but that may not have been u. u look familiar. i drive the 96 red 240

Car is very nice though, in the pics, anyone know what times he ran?

It's got to be either an s14 or s15 but not an s13 blacktop. See the slant in the valve cover towards the back of the engine bay? Then again I guess it's always possible that someone could buy a newer valve cover, it should theoretically fit the older SR's with little or no (probably none) modification.

SSD, jrc mentioned above its a s15 blk top with 6 speed transmission, thanks anyway though dood!

Stickers add nothing in terms of asthetics, IMO, as well as performance. They are useless, unless you are being sponsored by a company. In which case, I would put the stickers on magnets. And who really wants their ride to be a billboard?

Its his car, I ain't knocking it, I just think it would look much better without the stickers, but to each, their own.

peace

Careful what you tempt these guys with...They gave me crap for putting a 5.7L Chevy motor in one of my 240's...

12.1 on a stock chevy motor with the car weighing only 2900 lbs with driver.

BTW, I am the ONLY person in America to own a 240SX with an LT1 motor in it. And also, the first one ever to successfully complete the swap.
