And I would ask WTF is wrong with them too. You should note I didn't say anything about Arab people as a whole but "those people" like the one in the interview. Based on your reply should I consider you approve because "white people do stupid things" too?

no i do not. Thanks to democracy being brought to the region, my people now have culture and are civilized. Otherwise, i would have not recognized that sexual harassment is wrong.

my point is this, this forum should be a tool for educated even keeled discussion. after all, thats why bob got booted. he kept bringing nonsense. this is exactly that. nonsense. my point with the stormfront comment, is that starting this thread with its title, sourcing your matieral from this website, then commenting "WTF is wrong with THESE people?" its not exactly unbiased, or reasonable.

The video is wrong. very very wrong. this represents some fringe element of the arab culture. which, oddly enough, has even less sway in the region than Stormfront here in the US.

I guess my being here, has not taught you and the rest of the members that regards to the middle east, do not trust what you see on CNN/MSNBC/FoxNews/The NY Sun/and now, MEMRI. thats disappointing.

I bring up a video of some stupid azz talking about sexual harassment/rape as possible solution to what she perceives as a problem and you take it as a negative for everyone of an Arabic descent? I was talking about THAT PERSON, her viewpoint and anyone who talks such nonsense. I'd say the same thing about someone in the Klan talking about killing people.

Should we make a new rule that says we can't post these videos as a point of discussion? I simply post crap I call BS on that goes on across the globe. If you want to post stuff where the US is doing something stupid then please do so.

you know matt, its just been a rough week down here. dont worry. i havent taken it TOO seriously, but the tone did surprise me. in any case, im sure i dont have to lecture you on how fringe these ideas are. i just worry about the kids who read/see such things and then judge the whole region as such. those kids end up being mislead, as the result of a piece of trash being placed in a position of prominence.

Anyone ignorant enough to think what some idiots say is a representation of the whole is an idiot themselves. The super-majority of citizens don't care what nationality someone is nor what religion they follow. In our day to day lives we deal with individuals and judge accordingly. I highly doubt anyone who watches this forum will judge the whole based on what that chic said. We sure can worry about what other idiots may do after hearing it though. Some things simply do not need to be aired but of course that goes against our freedom of speech. Catch-22 I guess
